- Built the internal dashboard the ops team uses every day. Tracks shipment progress and shows what's on schedule, what's not
- Wrote a sync pipeline that moves data from our 20-year-old ERP to the cloud without breaking anything (490K records and counting)
- Set up an AI system that reads incoming emails, pulls out vendor rates, and routes inquiries. Cut manual sorting by about 85%
- Put an AI gateway on a cheap VPS so we stop paying per-call API fees. Saved roughly 80% on AI costs
- Built a schedule tracker that syncs vessel data from carriers automatically
- Made the customer portal and company website
